Using this site means accepting what follows. It is written to be read rather than skipped, and the whole of it comes down to one thing: this site introduces you to a roofing contractor and is not that contractor.

What Anaheim Prime Roofing does
It publishes information about roofing work in Anaheim and takes quote requests. A request is passed to a roofing business working in this city. That is the service, and there is nothing behind it: no crew, no yard, no trucks and no work carried out under this name. The about page says the same thing at more length.
What happens between you and the roofer
Everything that matters. The business that contacts you sets its own price, its own scope and its own schedule, and any agreement you reach is between the two of you. This site is not a party to it, does not take a cut of it and cannot alter it.
Check the licence before work starts. Roofing in California is classification C-39 and the register is public, so the check costs a minute and settles who you are dealing with. The about page has the steps.
If something goes wrong on the job, the contractor is who you take it up with, and the Contractors State License Board is where a complaint about the holder of a C-39 goes. This site cannot resolve a dispute about work it did not do and was not present for.
What you agree to when you send a request
- That the details are yours to give. Send your own contact number and your own property, not somebody else's.
- That the request can be passed to a roofing business so it can be answered. That is the only reason it is asked for, and the privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected and what is kept.
- That a request is not a booking. Nothing is scheduled, nothing is promised and nobody is obliged to take the job.
About the information on these pages
The pages here quote published documents: the City's own permit material, the state residential code, and the trade bodies named beside each figure. Every outside link carries the date somebody last opened it, and those dates are real rather than decorative.
They are still a starting point and not a determination about your house. Code cycles change, a city amends the model code locally, and a parcel-level question has a parcel-level answer. Where a page says to ask the counter, that is the honest instruction and not a hedge. Nothing on this site is legal advice, engineering advice, or a substitute for an inspection by somebody who has been on the roof.
Content on this site
The writing, the photographs, the drawings and the layout belong to Anaheim Prime Roofing. Quote a paragraph with a link back and nobody minds. Copying a page wholesale onto another roofing site is a different matter, and this one is unusual enough to be recognised.
