Privacy policy
This page says what this site asks you for, who gets it, and what is kept. It is short because the site does little: there is one form, and there will be one phone number.

Who runs this site
Anaheim Prime Roofing is a lead-matching service. It puts an Anaheim homeowner who needs roofing work in touch with a roofing contractor who does that work. It does not carry out roofing work itself, it holds no contractor licence, and it has no premises open to the public, which is why no street address appears anywhere on it.
There is one thing worth being plain about, because it changes how you should read everything below. A request you send here is passed to a roofing business, and that business is the one that will call you and quote you. From that point their own privacy practices apply to the conversation, and they are not ours to describe.
What the quote form asks for
The form asks for the following, and nothing else. Each one is here because somebody has to read it to answer you.
- Your name
- So the roofer who reads the request knows who they are answering.
- Best number to reach you
- The number a roofing contractor rings. It is the field the whole request turns on.
- Email (optional)
- Used only if you would rather be written to than telephoned.
- What kind of roofing job?
- Whichever of the listed options is closest, so it reaches somebody who does that work.
- What is the roof doing?
- Whatever you write in it, passed on in your own words rather than summarised for you.
- Photos of the roof (optional)
- Any pictures you attach of the roof or of the damage inside the house.
There is also one hidden field that people never see and never fill in. Automated submissions do fill it, and that is how they are recognised and dropped. If you somehow manage to type into it, whatever you typed is kept with the rest of the request.
What the form does not ask for is anything about the property beyond what you choose to write, so there is no question about who lives there, what it is worth, or whether it is insured.
Where a request goes
A completed request is stored so it can be passed on, and it is sent to one roofing contractor working in Anaheim. It is not sold as a list, it is not shared with a set of companies who then compete for you by telephone, and nobody buys it from us afterwards.
Photographs you attach travel with the request and are stored in the same way. They are the most useful thing in a roofing enquiry and they are also a picture of your house, so they are kept in private storage rather than anywhere a search engine can reach.
The phone line
What happens to a call
Messages left on the number published here are recorded. The line goes to voicemail and nobody answers it, so no live conversation happens and none is captured. The spoken greeting does not announce recording; the tone is what marks where it begins, and speaking after the tone is your decision to make.
What is kept is the recording, a written copy of it and the number the call came from. It goes to one roofing contractor, in the same way a form request does. If you would rather not be recorded, the form asks for the same things and records nothing you say aloud.
What is counted while you read
Page views on this site are counted by the site itself. No Google Analytics product runs on these pages and no third-party measurement script is loaded. Your IP address is turned into a value that cannot be turned back into an address and that does not survive the day, which is enough to tell two visits apart and not enough to identify anybody.
A small script served from this domain reports four things, and this is all of them.
- What sort of thing happened. There is exactly one sort, and it means a page was opened.
- Which page it was: the part of the address after the domain, so /services/roof-leak-repair/ and no more than that.
- The site you arrived from, as a bare domain name. Not the page on it, and not anything you typed into a search box.
- How wide the browser window is, in pixels, so these pages can be built for the sizes people actually read them at.
Everything else on that record is worked out here from a request your browser was going to make anyway: which browser you use, roughly where your network is, whether the page loaded, and the time by this site's clock. None of it is stitched into a profile, there is no cookie behind it, and nothing is sold to anybody.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than from a script. It sets a cookie for that check and it is the only cookie this site is responsible for.
The pages themselves are served through Cloudflare, which keeps its own server logs the way every host does. Those logs are not ours to publish and we do not read them to build a picture of anybody.
How long any of it is kept
A request is kept while it is worth something to the person who sent it, which in roofing is measured in months rather than days: a quote you got in March is exactly what you want to look up in June when the second one arrives. Beyond that it stops being useful to anybody and is deleted.
If you want yours removed sooner, send another request through the form saying so, with the phone number you used the first time so the right one can be found. There is no email address on this site, which is deliberate rather than obstructive, and it means the form is the way to reach anybody here.
Changes to this page
The date at the top is the day somebody read this page line by line against what the site actually does. Most of what it says is generated from the site's own configuration rather than typed, so the field list above cannot quietly drift away from the form beside it: the build fails if the two disagree in either direction.
